I have worked in marketing and business development for many years and across a wide spectrum of business and organisations. I am fully Chartered Institute of Marketing qualified with a degree in Economics and Social Policy. I also have a track record in managing and providing a Marketing function delivering genuine and quantifiable business results.
More importantly though, I am a critical and strategic thinker with an instinctive knowledge and understanding about business, and their relationships with existing and potential clients and I use these skills to support my client in achieving their full potential. I am passionate about what I do and enjoying making organisations more profitable and sustainable. In particular I have a belief that businesses that operate whilst also delivering some social value as part of their proposition tend to experience greater growth and profitability as a result. That is evident in the time I dedicate freely to mentoring and supporting start-up businesses and charitable organisations. It is the passion you have in your business that makes the difference to yourself and your clients.
Apart from work I love Bikram yoga and sailing, and if I can combine those two that is a whole new business I would love to develop.
