Requirement

After working with Premier to develop and implement the Sustain service offering, Honeymaker was asked to look after the wider marketing requirements of the whole company.  Premier Moves Ltd had been operating successfully for over 15 years and was a well-known commercial relocation company.  During this time, Premier had developed additional specialist divisions however there had been no real marketing of these services and the existing Premier website and marketing collateral required refreshing.

Solutions

Initially a brand new website was developed that reflected in full the complete service offering that Premier delivered.  From this, Honeymaker developed an 18 month marketing plan that would help develop a wider range of marketing activity for all divisions.  Competitor and client research was undertaken to help establish how to position the market offerings.  A range of marketing collateral was developed including; service specification sheets, case studies, tender copy and presentations. In addition to this, further PR initiative, social media and marketing campaigns were delivered focusing on key service areas. In 2012, Premier was crowned winner of the PFM Service Partnership Award in Workplace Change with Tesco. However, through supporting the sales function and attending networking events it became apparent that the Premier Moves branding required attention.

Outcomes

In Sept 2014, following staff and client research, Premier Moves Ltd rebranded its wider service offering under the new Premier Workplace Services identity. Logos and brand icons were developed to help support on and offline messaging about Premier and the services offered. A number of staff events were held alongside the introduction of a staff performance award scheme to mark the launch of the new brand supported with appropriate press and industry coverage. The website was updated to reflect the new branding and in addition to this, a Knowledge Centre was added to help position Premier as a knowledge leader in their field. In 2014 Premier was crowned winner of the Service Supplier of the Year (SME) at the prestigious BIFM industry awards.
